A Miami woman is facing felony charges after police say she set her Tinder date and his car on fire.
The alleged attack happened on Nov. 25 between Destiny Lenai Johnson and a man she met in person once after connecting on the Tinder dating app, according to an arrest report obtained by USA TODAY on Wednesday.
The man told police that Johnson messaged him around 5 a.m. asking to meet at her hotel, where she subsequently asked him for money. He told police that she was angered by his response and poured what smelled like gasoline on the passenger's seat before igniting it with a lighter.
Court records show that Johnson was charged Monday with aggravated battery, attempted murder and arson. She was booked to a Miami-Dade county jail and is being held on a bond of $10,000 for each charge.
Her attorney did not immediately respond to USA TODAY'S request for comment Wednesday.
According to the report, she told police at the scene that she was being trafficked and was asked to perform sexual acts for money, which she declined to do, but poured gas in the man's car and set it on fire.

Man told police Johnson approached car with gallon jug of flammable liquid
According to the report, Johnson approached the man's car outside a Holiday Inn Express & Suites in southwest Miami carrying a 1-gallon Zephyrhills jug with a yellow liquid in it.
While leaning in the car to talk to the man, he said she asked asked for money to fix her own vehicle. He responded that he did not appreciate having been invited out for money, but he gave her $60 to help her out, he told police.
That's when he said her mood changed and she yelled: "You guys are out to get me!"
She then poured the jug into the passenger seat, he said, adding that when he tried to push it out, he doused himself and Johnson in the liquid as she took out a lighter and set it ablaze, according to the report.
He said he then rolled onto the ground to extinguish the fire, and pulled a gun out of his waistband to point at her in case she made another attempt to light him on fire, according to the report.
He said Johnson fled the scene and that the car blew up in flames. He sought help from the hotel front desk.
A 911 call was made a few hours later from less than a mile away about a naked woman with burns saying that she blew up a vehicle.
Both the man and Johnson were treated for burns at a local hospital.
